I miss eating this Arab food when I was in Makkah & Taif years back. Alhamdulillah, today first time cook, Perfecto! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Been wanting to learn how to cook this awesome Arab dish. Tutorial after tutorial from ayam percik to nasi ayam and finally this.

Homemade Smokey Chicken Mandi Rice with Garlic Sauce & Cucumber, Tomato, Onion Spicy Salad.
Fajar Siddiq’s “Dapur Bujang” Recipe: (Malay Language)
· Beras Basmati : 4 cawan
· Jintan putih : 1 sudu teh
· Stok ayam : 2 sudu besar
· Mentega : 1 ½ sudu besar
· 4 buah tomato — potong dadu
· 1 batang timun dibuang biji — potong dadu
· 1 labu bawang besar — potong dadu
· 2 tangkai cili merah — dimayang halus
· 2 tangkai cili hijau — dimayang halus
· 5 tangkai cili padi — dimayang halus
· 1 biji lemon diperah ambil jusnya
· 1 sudu makan minyak zaitun
· 5 biji cili besar hijau (chilli padi)
· 1 tangkai batang ketumbar (dihiris halus)
PS: And also the next day I cook nasi ayam percik and another day nasi ayam Bakar kicap manis and another day I eat Arnold's chicken! Woah! what a chicken week. lol. Don’t ask me why!
